Last updated: 23 February 2026

1. About this service

BrikkPM is a property management tool designed to help UK landlords track properties, tenants, finances, compliance obligations, and maintenance. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms of service.

These terms apply between you (the user) and FRK Holdings LTD (company no. 15615224), a company registered in England and Wales, which operates BrikkPM. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in using your Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under your BrikkPM account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use BrikkPM only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to store or process data in a way that violates applicable law, including UK GDPR and data protection law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
4. Your data and privacy

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BrikkPM. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (such as tenants) is collected and stored lawfully, and that you have an appropriate lawful basis for processing it under UK GDPR.

For full details of how we collect, store, and process data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep BrikkPM available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of significant changes.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

BrikkPM is provided as a tool to help you organise your property management tasks. It does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with all applicable landlord legislation.

Compliance deadlines, legislative references, and checklist items are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify regulatory obligations with an appropriate professional or official source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, income, or profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, without prior notice.

Upon account deletion or termination, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
